What are the age limits to jump?

We accept all ages and sizes. Children 6 and under can enjoy the Kid Zone.  Adults are welcome and encouraged to jump right in as well.

Do I need to make reservations?

We accept walk-in customers; however, reservations are highly recommended to ensure you are able to jump when you desire. There is a strict limit number of jumpers who can participate at any time. Reserving online will also save you time and hassle.

When is Elevation Station open, and when is the best time to arrive?

SUMMER HOURS:

REGULAR HOURS

Sunday: 11 AM to 7 PM
Monday: 3 PM to 9 PM
Tuesday: 3 PM to 9 PM
Wednesday: 3 PM to 9 PM
Thursday: 10 AM to 9 PM
Friday: 10 AM to 10 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 10 PM

Jump times begin at the top of each hour; we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your booking. For example, if you are scheduled to jump from 3 to 4, the best time to arrive would be 2:45.

What do the Birthday Party Packages include?

With each birthday party booking, the customers will receive one hour of jump time, forty-five minutes in the party room, jump socks for everyone in the party, and a drawstring bag for the guest of honor. You can also add Arcade Game Cards (one per child) for an additional fee. For the party, we will provide paper plates, utensils, ice, cups, napkins, table cloth, and a party host to help assist with your party. If you want to take a tour of the park before booking, please call (985) 791-9838 to schedule a tour.

Do I need to sign the waiver every time I come to the park?

No, the waiver signed on your first visit will cover you for one year. It is mandatory that you sign the waiver on your first visit.

Is there a place I can watch my children jump if I am uninterested in jumping?

Yes, we have a second-floor mezzanine, which offers couches and televisions, to view your kids from a great vantage point.
